Social Media Specialist
I volunteer for Radiant Hope by taking charge of their Facebook and Instagram accounts. In the midst of graduate school and work, I felt the need to contribute my skills to a worthy cause. I worked with Radiant Hope for one of my PR classes in college and decided to contact their founder, Joanna Dennsteadt, about possible volunteer work. I continue to assist with the organization's social media, which involves: regular posting, marketing, scheduling, and engagement.

The Dominican Republic
Once every four years, the Messiah Women's Basketball program takes a trip to serve in another country. I had the privilege of visiting the Dominican Republic with my coaches and teammates during the summer of 2018. This trip was made possible through Messiah's on-campus organization, AROMA, and their partnership with Score International. We donated supplies to a school for children with special needs. We prayed with families who recently committed their lives to Christ. We visited an orphanage for young girls. We interacted with and witnessed to people in villages. We held a basketball clinic for young boys in Santo Domingo. And we played against and shared our testimonies with the Dominican Republic's national and junior national women's teams. A trip I shall never forget!
